still clicking, had battery, starter and solenoid checked all passed.bike skids when in 6 gear when trying to bump startputting carbs back on tonite dont know what else to do starter spins free when taken out and hot wired. what is goats, and what causes it need some help bad

did you try pulling out the spark plugs and turning the engine by hand to see if it locked up?  Or maybe a bad ground, but that doesnt explain the wheel locking up like that.

Don't worry about putting the carbs back on if the motor won't turn over, find what's stopping it!
Could be faulty starter clutch, valve problem, seized, goats (do search here). Pull exhaust to see if valces look OK. Pull left case to check alternator, see if you can turn it over with spanner there.
