sprockets

hi ya'll, im new to motorcycling(enjoyin the hell outta it).but my question is this, i just purchased a 43t AFAM rear sprocket off of ebay. im wondering what i should expect outta it?   


p.s. the bike is a 95 gs 500 e, jet ket, k@n air filter(lunchbox, ive seen refer to as) and exhaust

Very slightly quicker takeoff from standstill. 10% more rpm at the same road speed, less gas mileage, more engine wear. A wallet lighter by 20-some dollars.
