Get a lawyer and let them do the talking with the insurance companies.  You will be a lot better off and if i know insurance companies they will try to bone you.  It looks like someone didn't see stopped traffic and ran into you at close to full speed, trying to miss you at the last second via a swerve.

I ran a saturn into the back of an early 90's ford explorer.  You can probably guess the outcome.  I staggered out of the car with blood gushing out of my forehead and the whiney POS in the lead car moaned about her back even though it seemed fine when she got into the back of the ambulance without any help.  f%$king malingering POS, I hope she gets herpes.

I ran my first saturn into a early 80's lincoln boat piloted by an older lady that ran a red light turning left right into my path.  I suffered a broken leg from where the engine smashed into the firewall and bent inward shifting the pedals, i was going for the brake of course.  I didn't realize my leg was broken until the had cut me half way out of my car.  yeah and she didn't have insurance 

I did tear up her car pretty bad to, collided at ~55mph, i had cruise on a 4 lane main road and only had time to touch the brake pedal before impact.  Felt like it took 8 years from the moment that i saw her gun it and turn into my path to collision.  I modded the top of the car into a sled though, and it was faster than the saturn was

My engine actually came through the firewall, fortunately I wasn't wearing my seatbelt so I just smashed my head on the windshield and almost suffocated on the airbag.
