help with paint idea

ok well ive spent forever preping for paint and now its time for the finish

i was thinking of going olive drabe for the tank with flat black plastics . flat black wheels . and olive drab rotors

does anyone think the silver frame will clash to much?

maybe someone who can photo shop can put together a preview?

It will look like crap. But if you paint it brown it will have a camo look. Kinda.

I think that might look unique and pretty cool. I too wanted to do an olive color bike (maybe when I find a good candidate for a GS fighter).

The colors would be cool. Just last week i was thinking of how a bike would look blacked out with military-esque portions added in.

If you left the frame silver it would stand out way too much. Black out the frame it will make it look alot cleaner. But do what pleases you.

i just did it flat black untill i get the frame blacked out . but i do think once i get the frame done black it would look really sharp

This is a little late since you already painted it black but I did a paint preview.  All I had was a picture of my F but here is what I got.

The silver would kinda look off with the olive.

Black looks better.

A little pinstriping might make the green look good with the silver.


Since its already black you could add some red and silver pinstripes to tie in the frame.  Pinstrips are about 3 bucks and easy to put on.  Just my 2 cents.  Hope it helps.
