Installed the flush mounts today.

Power on, switch on right signal it blinks fine.

Switch to left, nothing.

Switch back to right solid light and then out.

Now neither side works. Assuming a fuse of sorts, but any other ideas? Wiring is correct, it was just a quick swap using the quick disconnects at the wire ends.

Find the relay behind the R/H side panel. Pull the plug off, short the orange and blue cables together then flick the switch from left to right.........if the lights come on, the relay is shagged.

I dont kjnow about yours but the destructions on mine said be careful not to reverse the wiring because the led circuits would over heat and "render the signal unusable and void the warranty". But the signals and the destructions made no mention of which lead was positive or negative... Go figure.. I got lucky. dark color for negative.

Current project:
Mmotos full body kit (YOU DONT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM... READ MY THREAD BOOT STATE UPDATE)
K&N Lunchbox
Buddah's jets
CBR F2 rearsets
Ducati pass pegs (Modified)
Kat rear wheel
Carbon Fiber Exhaust Can, possibly shortened and relocated
And so on......

Problem found and fixed.

When I installed the right flush mount the base plate pinched the wires and cut into the insulation. I used some electrical and heat shrink to fix that. Reinstalled light but still not working. So I replaced the relay. Presto! I am assuming that the running the right side while the wires were pressed against the plate shorted out the relay. I picked up a Blazer relay from Shucks, they no longer carry the EL12, and all works fine.
