That sucks about your bike...  I had my Yamaha R6 stolen last year, so I understand your pain.  Do you know how they took it?  Mine was lifted ABOVE another car right out of my driveway.

yep...  pretty much.  I'm in the mood for some blood...  it's been a crappy week....  I've been off from work the past two days.  I called in today to check in, and my associate told me that she told a customer it would take 20minutes to complete his order.  ten minutes later, he comes back to the counter and says "F**k you Buddha Loves You" and leaves.

CS jobs certainly do suck....

this past Monday, I had a guy come in for copies... I was currently running someone else's order, but his was semi-small, so I told him 30 minutes...  he then proceeds to ask me, "Can you make it 25?"  WTF?!?!?!?  5 FUUCKING MINUTES!!!!





and on Sunday, I had a lady come in with her financial papers in about 6 binders...  she THAT type of person....  you know, the one that staples all her checks to the monthly bank statement and puts in them in a binder...  lol

anyway, she says she needs a COMPLETE copy of everything....  checks included.  Well, that's certainly a large order, 'cause someone would have to stand at the machine and copy ONE SHEET at a time, remove every fuucking staple, and copy each check... ONE AT A TIME.

...but why am I gonna refuse a job??? so something that large would get sent to our "warehouse" copy center...  it's a larger facility with MORE employees and MORE machines and NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO customer interaction AT ALL...  I tell her about a week...

she's like, "That's no good...  I need them for Wednesday!" So I try and explain WHY that would be virtually impossible for me to get her majesty's order done by Wed.  She then proceeds to take the two smallest binders and asks, "If I get only these, when will they be ready?" I tell her, "Since those are smaller, I can have them ready by Wed morning."

The Buddha Loves You then says, "Tuesday?"

"No, Wed."

"Tuesday?"
