Can't find any for our bikes. I can find turn signals suzuki, but when I try to find turn signal bases to take away the extra space that may be there, they don't have it for our GS. Can I buy one's for the SV or some other model? As well as other parts, when I search and find suzuki they don't have for our bikes.... Will the SV parts work fine?

There are lots of aftermarket parts out there that fit a gs.  Some are made specifically for the gs and some are not.  The forum and search function along with the wiki are your best sources of information.

Here is list of aftermarket stuff I know is out there
Progrip makes grips and bar ends
Puig and Zero Gravity make Windscreens
Yoshimura makes a slip on
Jardin makes a full exhaust
K&N has air filters for a gs
Pegs and levers can be found on ebay
Lockhart Phillips and others make flush mounts and signals that fit with no modification
Vortex and JT Sprockets makes sprockets
EBC has upgraded brake pads
Lots of universal tank protectors out there that fit

There are also companies that make fairings, solo seat cowls, seat covers, brake upgrades, clip ons and other items you just have to look for them.

This is what I've done to my bike if your are looking for some examples.  I have less than $100 in mods but I think it looks better.

Dont forget Works performance and Racetech for suspension upgrades.
Vortex, woodcraft and many others make clipons for the bike too.
Galfer, Goodridge, and a few others make braided steel brake lines

as far as I know, there is no such thing as internal engine upgrades for the GS. and for good reason too.  its a fine commuter, canyon carver, etc, but not so much for high power.
looking for a new vehicle again.
