I believe my bike is leaking oil.  Underneath the clutch area.. i cleaned this morning removing what seemed to be oil on the bike chassis.  Then tonight when i get home some more are on there.  This is a brand new 08 from the dealer.  Would this be covered under warranty? The dealer were also the first one to change the oil.

Seems like an oil leak would be under warrantee. Try to pinpoint it so you can go to them and complain about something specific. I found my oil leak recently by cleaning the oil off my bike then letting it idle on the center stand for a while. The leak became apparent pretty quickly. You could also make them do it. If they are fixing it under warrantee, who cares how long it takes them to find the leak...

is it near teh front sprocket?( look inside that cover, if you can, stick your finger in it. ( not running of course) and yes it should be under warranty :thumb:
