many of you guys have heard me speak of zane XXXX my old partner that i trained.  here he is in all his glory caught by combat camera in a ambush.  he is the one barking out orders, swearing and smoking a cigarette(tying to look kewl) at the end.  damn i remember when he was a pup   i am so damn proud of him

That was intense.

They looked good.  Kept their cool and reacted to the threat.  We should all be proud of the men and women who enlist and get deployed.

War is brutal, and you have to appreciate those that volunteer to risk their lives at the command of the Commander in Chief.

I hate what Hollywood does to war.  It cheapens it, takes away the brutality, and removes the gray areas between right and wrong where soldiers live and die.  Once we think of war as an easy and sanitary thing, we are more likely to enter it, and then be shocked when it turns out war is difficult and messy.
