well since many of you have asked i will post my predictions for the American presidential race and the Canadian federal election by next week.  so i open new threads for each.  i have been hired by the CD Howe institute to watch the American race on behalf of CTV a Canadian version of CNN.  it is one of those jobs that out of office politicians like me get now and again. i am pretty sure i know how these races are going to end.  baring a terrorist attack or any other significant change.  but i am giving myself  a week to crunch the numbers coast to coast to coast.   so post what you think and i will be giving detailed analysis on CTV and here.  enjoy
