well im guessing you can figure out were i think they should good its right down the pooper.

waiting for the 3rd day in a row for the unistall guys to come pick up their stuped cable box. so they have cost my about 100 bucks in days i have taken off work and god knows how much in classes i have had to skip

i have sent in complaints to comcast and i don't even get a reply.

im now trying to get the apt to give me permision to put a SAT dish outside to get internet from sombady eles

now i have 2 days to wait cause they have to change modems to a non cable modem

i swear to god.  i have a even greater hatred for them AHHHHHHHGGGGGGGGGG

but its not like i have enough pull to matter who cares about the one of your multi million customer base?

i spend an hour and a half getting transfured from call center to call center till i got a guy that was helpfull.

and the tech did show up and we had a beer and he told me what the problems were and he is coming back on thrusday to put in a new modem but thankfully the neighbors up stairs gave me the password for their modem so im stealing their net now
