Those plastic caps, never have I seen the ting without that hole there. You install the caps back on the things ?
Maybe they put liquid nails or JB weld or somehting, ABS glue ... and closed it shut instead of putting the right cap on it.
These mass produced things ... just injection moulded things like these have nearly non existent defect percentages. Cos there is no way to introduce a defect ... my bet gotta go to redneck PO thinking he can better suzuki ...
