South FL Riders- Lake Okeechobee Ride planned for this weekend.

There is a ride planned for this Sunday (11/16) for a loop of Lake Okeechobee.  If interested, the meeting places are as follows:

Broward and Dade riders will meet at the Sunoco station located on US27 and Sheridan @ 9:15a

Palm Bch, Martin, and St Lucie riders will meet at the Shell station located on Southern Blvd, just east of the Turnpike @ 9:30a

I'm told that travel will be at a sane pace, and a stop for lunch will be made during the ride.

- I just heard that another meet point will be Port Mayaca sometime between 11-11:45am. I'll post more info as I hear about it.

Thanks to all that came out. We had about 40-50 bikes on the ride (sportbikes, sport tourers, cruisers, motards etc..), and a few GS.      It was a great spirited ride and the weather was perfect.
