Identifying different model carbs

I have a 95 GS with an 03 engine. I would like to know whether it has the older style or newer style carbs.


Is there a way to visually identify which model year the carbs are without having to tear them apart?

What ... no one posted this guy an answer
If the tops are black and if they have 2 bowls holding float bowls in they are older 89-00 ones.
Tops being silver and 4 bolts holding each float bowl in = new.
