No Spark to Right Cylinder once motor is warmed up!!!!

I have a GS500 with an electrical problem.  After the bike is warmed up, I lose spark to the right spark plug.  I replaced both of the coils (out of a 2007 GS500), the CDI (out of a 95 GS500), and got brand new spark plugs.  I am still having the same problem.

This first happened all of a sudden.  One day, I was driving around town, I pulled up to a stop light, and the bike died.  When I started it up again, there was no spark to the right spark plug.

In the pursuit of finding the culprit, I also switched the coils, no spark on the right; I switched the spark plugs, no spark on the right.  I checked for spark two different ways: I grounded the spark plug against the bare metal frame and/or the block.  I also have a spark checked that clips onto a metal ground, plugs into the spark plug wire, and has an electrode center and the spark grounds to the perimeter.

I checked for continuity from both ends of both wires that go from the CDI box to the coils.  I fund the common, and both leads to the coil to be good.  I have not checked any wires that go into the CDI box, but as I said before, I replaced it and the same problem occurs.

Agreed........more than likely its breaking down or going open-circuit as it warms up.

Well, I disconnected and then checked the signal generator itself (instead of checking the wires at the plug) and found one pickup to be about 340 ohms (within spec) and the other had no continuity.  Then it measured about 350 ohms, I drove it about a mile, and it died again.  Checked it there, and it read about 1500 ohms.  I ordered a NEW signal generator.  Since just about everything else in the electrical system has been replaced, hopefully this will do it.
