Once again another great experience through Bikebandit.com. I just ordered a new JT front sprocket from them on Friday I believe and it got to me in the mail today! I love those guys...

I always have to wait a few days for the order to arrive, but it is NOT bikebandit's fault. They're located in Cali, I'm in New York...
Overall I am satisfied with their service, although they're not the cheapest...

cheers

Sometimes they do have some overly expensive things. I live in Va. and it's always been super fast for me. I'm still waiting on my ebay crap to get here as usual and I ordered them 5 minutes apart from each other.

I switched to Ron Ayers after a minor cluster for a few parts that went on too long with Bikebandit.  The online places are fine as long as you're not in a hurry.  For a hurry, I go through the local dealer.

For aftermarket parts and maintenance bits, Cycle Gear supports yer local MSF RiderCoaches with a nice discount.   8)

local dealer took 3 weeks to get an oil filter in. its not like its an uncommon thing to order.

bikbandit always takes about 12-14 days for me to get anything in

Damn dude, that sucks. Sounds like Bikebandit is still the lesser of two evils though.

For me, it can take anywhere from a week to two depending on the part I order.  a set of tires got to me literally 5 or 6 days after I paid for em.

Ordered gloves from BikeBandit, took 7 days for them to get them instock + 2-3 days shpping. They came really poorly made, the velcro strap was falling apart. (More Joe Rockets error than Bike Bandit)

I ended up talking to some sort of higher level of customer service management at bikebandit - I didn't get on him too bad, just said that their website states that they inspect every item before shipping, and that if that were preformed effectively we wouldn't be in this situation.  He was a real nice guy and said not to worry about the old gloves just toss them out and they'll send me the same gloves free of charge, which they do have instock now so I should get it in 2-3 days.

Meanwhile I wrote an email to the manufacturer(Joe Rocket - Jordan Brand) and they will comp me up to $20 to get the current gloves fixed at a local seamstress.  So 2 for the price of 1

Overall great customer service, but definitely check if the item you want is in stock!

bike bandit is right by me...10min drive and they dont let me go pick up my crap! It sucks because it takes like 2-3 days to get my stuff when i could just go and get it the same day.
