Anyone know how to disable the caps lock key?

One of our guys here at work loves to type with the caps lock on...it's moronic and advertising to other people that we hire obvious retards is unprofessional.  I want it disabled.  There's a few regestry hacks out there that do it, but I'm leary about downloading something untried on this machine...it's not mine.  Anyone know of a safe hack or some other way to disable the caps lock with XP?

Maybe you can just YELL at him every time you speak to him.  When he asks why, tell him you thought he likes that since it's how he types.  He still may not get it.

They give u a registry file to disable/enable it as well as change it to shift key

Or.......you could jab a screwdriver through the caps lock key and into the desk and put a post-it on the monitor that next time it'll be his hand...................just saying, stupid people respond best to violence and the threat thereof as a training aid.

fixed it...pulled the key and cut the rubber pad out of it.

yeap...that's what a man gets for not calling in, calling in last minute with lame excuses, screwing up orders...not sending the right shaZam! and doing things like putting babbit bearings in the bottom of a crate and then stacking 200lb gear sets on top of them...taking off in the middle of the day for snacks without telling anyone, leaving in the middle of the say with last minute notice to handle stuff that should have been scheduled weeks in advance...etc...etc...etc...
