WTB--gauges trim

My '89 is a bit of a rattletrap, last Friday the blue lens on the high beam indicator decided to liberate itself.  Can't seem to find just the lens, anyone have a trim, or complete set of gauges?

I was missing 2 of the lenses so I took out the other 2 also and made 4 new ones from radio shack parts.
