Obama hasnt been a senator in almost a year, Mccain like terry said has been well. not much, and damn terry got a crack book? well at least nowadays i can say even apple has to release a patch for tehir products so i dont fel as bad

I've had a MacBook forever, I just got the newly released one......backlit screen, SuperDrive, Core 2 Duo (old one only had a Core Duo), new aluminum body construction, longer battery life, better graphics processing.

THAT IS f%$king HILARIOUS!!!!!!
They certainly don't make things easy to upgrade, and have a cute little tendency to solder in processors.
BUT, this thing is f%$king NICE!  A full battery charge is lasting me 8 hours or so using WiFi to the old ones 4-5, the display is a night and day difference, it feels more solid in general and I'm still tripping out figuring out all the shaZam! I can do with the trackpad now.

that oled (or is it just led so they can release the oled one in another 5 months?) backlight is kickass.

drop in a ssd, 4Gb ram, throw the optical drive under gustof's dozer and enjoy a badass machine.

I was planning on hunting down a nice case for it this weekend and will probably end up eyeing some RAM.  I'm loving this thing so far, hopefully they get their shaZam! togethor on Snow Leapord.
