I've basicly given up on getting another BT-45 front (stock size!) tire. The local shops say it's on back order for a month at a time, and when I've tried ordering the same thing happens. Maybe the ship has been hijacked in China somewhere, I dunno-

SO-

Who wants to start up a group buy on FRONT and REAR tires that are considered good sport/touring hoops ?

USE THE POLL AT THE TOP OF THE THREAD AND KEEP IT  ON TOPIC PLEASE.
SPECIFICS:

Dec 1st I'd like to have:

Everyone's money (paypal or somewhere, I don't care WHO holds it, just that it's held by someone trustworthy)
Everyone's exact shipping addresses
A business willing to help out with handling/ordering/whatever
Everyone's promise not to whine if it takes two weeks for the tires to arrive

It's just an idea, and we could save a little cash on tire prices. Groups get better rates.

Don't like the idea ? Great, don't post.
Want to IMPROVE it ? Great, please post your critiques.

:) I only want the best for the best-             GStwins :)

Although I'm new here, why not use someone to hold the money who's referenced and talked about a lot, such as Buddah?

I'm in for whatever. I need a new front tire. Will pay up front.

actually, PA (pureacceleration) is known for honesty, speed, good times, and NOT being corporate asses. they're down in Tampa, FL, but I'd trust em with $1000 of my money wired over any day.

2 cents, and a bump for bob's recommend- they're already dealer status too.
