An individual who has ran for a previous office other than the presidency, who publicly slandered his opponents or opposition in any fashion, should not be qualified.

Not having served a standard term within a military branch.

Being related by blood or marriage to any other living president, ex-president, or vice president.

Not having fully verified your identity and all aspects pertaining to said identity, as well as your claim to be a natural born citizen, prior to announcing your intent to run.

Candidates must be born to two natural or naturalized citizens of the United States.  Failing to meet this criteria will mean disqualification.

Candidates must be married or widowed.

Candidates must never have been convicted of a felony.

Candidates must not work for, nor have worked for within a period of seven years, or in conjunction with, any company or organization that draws in monetary profit from government work, nor accept contributions of any fashion from such companies or prganizations.

Candidates must not be within a fraternal organization of any variety.

Candidates must pass full drug screenings prior to announcing their candidacy, and at random intervals during.

Candidates must establish a clear and working knowledge of common American and world History and Politics.

Candidates must be willing to, at all times, salute the flag and cover their heart for the pledge of allegience.

Candidates can have never been convicted of any variety of sexual assault.

Candidates must be capable of speaking without the aid of a "commitee".  The use of a teleprompter, cue cards, or communication devices during interviews, debates, and speaches will mean disqualification.

Candidates can not be proven to have knowingly lied to the public.  Having done so will mean disqualification.  Knowingly lying to the public while campaigning for the presidency will mean disqualification.

I think the rules are fine ... except ... military service ... and you do know that the born in the country is gonna get shot down by repubuicans dont ya ... they want aaaaahnold to take the presidency next ...
The felony part ... you see most of congress and senate will prolly get disqualified ... but I agree ...
And benifitting from govt work ... I believe that just about disqualifies everyone ... including ... me ... even if I were a citizen ... cos I worked at a bank, in fact 2 banks atleast that have benifitted greatly from govt screwup oops ... I mean bail out.
Literally I dont see any able bodied and gainfully employed person get through this gate you have set up mak.
But I like it.
I like the 1 term and you're out rule too at all levels of congress, as well as some way of keeping the lobbyists from getting to them.

Any business relations whatsoEVER with a former President or the Banking Cartel automatically disqualifies one from running for the office of President.
