New (to me) GS

I just acquired an almost complete 89 GS500E to further my racing.  It's just about all intact, save for wheels and forks, and a title.  Now I just need to decide if I'm going to:
A) Yank the motor to build as a spare for my current race bike
B) Build the bike as a duplicate running spare for my current race bike
C) Get silly, overbuild the 89 to compete outside of PTwins so I can do whatever I want to it...

It's like Christmas in November! : )
