Im looking for the two front reflector brackets that would mount to an '02. I don't necessarily need the actual reflector part just the bracket. Let me know if ya know anybody that has any laying around. Thanks!

The HD wide-glide front reflectors work a treat (but they are closer to $6/each)

Stick right onto the forks, no bracket needed, nice clean look. Confusing the guy at the parts counter is an extra bonus ;-)

Made in Sweden (or one of those Nordic countries - definitely not USA.)

59481-00 & 59482-00 (one right, one left)
1990 GS500EL - with moderately-ugly paintjob.
1982 XJ650LJ -  off the road for slow repairs

reflectors:

EBAY: search "Harley fork reflector"
Often $12-$14 a pair. They look cool. Nice clean look. Stick on to the fork. Tapered ends (as shown) or rounded ends.

Dude! I got my box today and needless to say i still need a set of front reflector brackets! I was sent rear. Oh well... Anybody got a set?

weedahoe

Maybe Im not understanding because I put a set of front reflectors in the box and added a set of rear reflectors just to give to you because I wasnt going to use them or needed them. So both sets were in the box.

The front reflectors screw into the fork tubes so there is no "bracket"

Oh this one of the transition year things... Reflectors on the 01-02 have brackets off the lower triple like the 89-00... The reflectors on the 04+ screw in to a threaded piece on the forks.

I have some from 05! I don't see why they would not fit your bike!

'05 reflectors mount to the forks. You need 2004+ forks for them. The older rectangle reflectors mount on the lower triple.

I'm out of them. None in the parts bins.

Consider the Harley reflectors - about $12 a pair.

weedahoe

Thats what I thought also but it seems out 04+ are different for his 02

The reflectors moved from the lower triple to the forks when the fairing was added as it hid reflectors mounted to the lower triple.

For a few months I used Bandit reflectors that mounted on a strap around the fork. Then I was turned on to the Harley reflectors and now use them on all bikes.

I've sold, traded or given away all my Bandit reflectors and triple mounted ones. I looked - but don't have any (well, there is ONE right reflector, no left one).

Rob_02gs500

Ahh. I see. I wanted the brackets to mount a set of flush mount LED turn signals. I didnt have rear so all is good. I was removing the reflectors so the Harley ones altho a good idea wasnt what i was after. If yall find any let me know!
