Front brakes warped? Front end wobble...help?

I posted something about my bike jumping back and forth when I brake aggresively, but today I noticed when I let my hands off both bars by front end wobbled back and forth rapidly and I assume these two things are linked. Any suggestions?

Check your steering head bearings for play.

Lift the front end off the ground and try pull the forks forward and backwards near the wheel.  If you feel any movement, you have a problem.
