Why do you like the GS500F?????

Just a question,

why do so many people like the GS500F? I thought we were naked bike fans here??

Dont get me wrong I like the GS500F, just its not Naked!

Why do we like the GS500F?

1.) It's a GS500
2.) It's a GS500
3.) It's got a fairing, which many people usually add (at least a windscreen).
4.)It looks awesome
5.) Bigger Brakes
6.) It's a GS500

I agree, I like the upgraded look.  I'd like to see a little bigger tires, but then again it fits it considering it's a 500cc.

I have always liked the look of a race bike.  I have NOT liked that fact that they go REALLY fast.

I like the riding position of my bike(hate the seat though) and I like wind protections.

Gives all the benefits of a little bike(insurance, costs etc) with all the benefits of super sport (wind, look etc.)

1. Fairing.  I like my GS, but I've always wanted a fairing.
2. Oil cooler.
3. GS is cheap to own, maintain, insure, etc.  Same reasons I like my current one

The fairing is alright. It's just not for me. I would like that oil cooler though.

I would buy it for my first bike, but already owning a GS I wouldnt buy a new one for $4999. I'd get a couple year old CBR600 F4 or F3 or GSXR or YZF600 instead.
