Next Challenge: Your bike at a Martial Art place.

Here ya go

Next Challenge: Your bike in front of a house with a "sold" sign

Is anybody else seeing a picture there? I'm not.
1994 GS500e, 2000 GZ250

Paulcet

yeah, I see it.

What I don't see is SOLD signs. Realtors don't typically put "under contract", "sale pending", or "sold" signs up because they limit the number of possible leads they would need if the sale falls through.

Yeah, I see a pic.

The sold sign I ride past on the way to work has been removed. I guess the Settlement Day has happened. Time for some riding around. Any reason to spend more time on the bike is a good one  :woohoo:

Next challenge: With your Cat! Lets go for the cute and fuzzy or the Halloween motif.

Paulcet

Our black, beautiful, fluffy cat probably won't sit for this one, but I'm gonna try this afternoon.

Well your riding almost the same bike I am (year and model anyway =P) sadly after riding around the neighborhood for an hour yesterday I couldn't find a single sold sign.  I have no cat, nice big dog, so I await the next challenge for my try ^_^

(FYI: These are just examples so let's see how disgustingly cute you can be.)

Well, if you had a stuffy animal cat I suppose I could allow that as long as it was sickenly cute and adorable. LOL cats?
I wonder how nauseatingly cute someone can get with their cat on their bike? You know, that tosh.0 type picture so unbelievably cute that you just feel like puking!

Aaaaawww! Lets puke together!

Look at the clip-on bars clutch cable angle - could this be a 1989 GS500? That''s just so adorable I need to change my pants.

Wow! It really was a GS500! and let's have respect for the dead: no puking at dead cats - even if they are on a GS500 (no, that cat was alive when the picture was taken. It died in 2002 and not from dropping the bike, either.)

Its amazing what you can find when you don't feel like doing any real work.

Actually I do have a stuffed cute little black cat, its my 2 yr old's for when she comes and visits... ooo now I wanna be off work =P

Firstoni

Will that work? If so  Post a pick of your GS and a Dog ^_^

Good one. I'll give it to you. First to post a pix plus you're new here and you have the same model as me  :D
Enjoy the feeling of winning! It doesn't last long.

OK then you picked it: Your GS and a dog (probably that does NOT include unattractive dates  :icon_eek: )
But hate to say, dog has been done. You have to pick something else.

You can search the list to be sure it is a new challenge. make it fun and not too hard. We hate to see the game get stuck. It is more a race to get the picture than a challenge for something hard. We like to see the challenge then jump on the bike and go shoot that picture. as if we really need a reason to ride!

PS: the WIKI page and home page (when it gets un-hacked) have topics on mods. One is how to remove those fugly stickers on the side cowl and fuel tank. makes her look better.

PSPS: I would still love to see a pukingly adorable cat photo. Just for the fun of it and to see if you can really get your cat to stay long enough for a photo.

Currently the only Mod I am looking at is getting her name on her (probably a nice white vinyl sticker)  um gs and a dog has been done ..... so then lets see.....

Your gs next too .... a tennis court ^_^

TENNIS COURT it is. Let the challenge begin!

I guess removing the fugly warning stickers isn't really a mod, but looks better with those 3 removed (Warm with hair dryer until you can peel them off).
What's her name? Mine is Suzi and now has a personalized license plate. Easier to remember than those goofy license plate numbers.
Our bikes started out the same. I changed bars to the factory European ones, changed windshield and added side marker lights, removed warning stickers. Thinking of a Tarozzi rear set. Will try on Junior (the '92) first. Getting white rims ready for her.

For the name - places will make cut outs with just the words and no background. Look for that. It will make your bike happier. They like attention.

ah, a little too late. Akasha actually owns Flick not me!

Her name is Serenity, just remembered when I bought her from the dealer he said the same thing about removing the 3 stickers to me lol, how do you like the EU bars, and whats different about them? The acquisition story for her is kinda long and ends with a chocolate cake.   Thinking about it last night I guess there are somethings I might like to change, the seat being first, both in comfort and I would like to be able to cowl it. I haven't really thought about changing the pegs, I look at the rear end and can't decide whats not right about it (the fugly fender needs to be chopped down) but besides that I am not sure what I want to do, maybe after I can find a cowl / seat and do the fender chop I will figure it out....  Was also thinking about a new gauge or gauge cluster ... i'm just a digital type of guy =P

Alot of my mods are actually to me, started with an Icon sacrifice jacket because that's the only thing they had at the dealership that fit me and had a decent set of pads in it, and I wasn't about to drive it outta there without some body armor into Houston traffic for riding a bike for the first time in 10 years. The icon jacket was too hot to go riding in so I bought a joe rocket mesh jacket (matches the bike better anyway) which is really nice to ride in during the day, but now when I leave in the mornings its 50 degree's outside so I am back in the icon jacket and wear the liner out of the jr jacket under it but its still cold when I have to get on the hwy (but not bad at the end of the day without the liner when its 80 - 85 degree) starting too look at leather jackets (kinda like the look of the shift octane and street fighter hybrid jackets, just not sure how warm they are at speed or how hot they will be at the end of the day, and will probably need a new set of gloves... today ... my jr mesh ones just are not doing it in the morning last 2 days my fingers where numb by the time I got to work, think that's causing me to grip too hard on the throttle too, wrist is sore this morning.  Hrm this is probally longer then I should be randomly inserting into the pictures thread.... sorry...

Danielarms,

Welcome to the game.

We don't just pick random things to get. To offer up a challenge you First have to complete the previous challenge. And currently, that is, your bike with a tennis court in the pic. Whomever gets that challenge can issue a new challenge.

But before they do, please check the link in my sig file http://tinyurl.com/GS500PictureGame because it lists ALL previous challenges. (Press F3 on your keyboard to bring up a Word Find window - quicker than reading them all.)

Previously, we did have a cop challenge. It was not completed at the time. Later I got this...

Pile of pumpkins? HA!

Hmmm gee I Hope my local fruit shop has a whole friggin pallet of the suckers out front. Or their pumpkin display is visible from outside the shop, otherwise us lack-luster apathetic halloween non-followers are out (all Aust). See ya next challenge  :thumb:

Tell me to shut up if you want but "mister" you made this game no fun anymore. I used to love this but you have monopolized it.
