use google to search for folks by state... it only takes a little trial/error.

for posting pictures, use the UPLOAD PICTURE link just under 'coppermine' at the top.

host your image on flickr, photobucket, picasa, whoever , and link to it with the buttons up there ^^^^ when you press 'reply'. the button you want is under the itallic "I" in the text options, looks like a tiny little picture icon.
