SOLD!

Bought this from a member on here about a month ago. Direct bolt on without any mods. Had it on the bike for a week and decided to go back to my gsxr shock. Nothing wrong with the shock. I just got used to riding >2" higher with my gsxr shock. The kat shock raises the rear .5"-1".

$55 shipped within the US.

Is the GSXR shock a direct bolt on as well?

It depends on the year I think. I went back to the gsxr shock just for the height. By no means is it comfortable at all, luckily we don't have alot of potholes in town. It is much stiffer then the kat. Also raising the rear 2" means you will need to extend you sidestand otherwise the bike leans dangerously to tipping over and centerstand no longer works.

Most would recommend gsxr for racing and track purpose instead of street. The kat shock was a nice ride when I had it on but after riding 2 years with the gsxr shock I couldn't get use to the lower riding position.

I think Seamax has sold it ...

I have a katana stock shock (it does not have the plastic dip red on it) 600 as well as a 750 shock ... and I have $ from someone but no clear direction on what they want ...  :2guns: ...

Anyway - its $45 to your door in the USA, and you call what you want. 750 kat shocks have a cable operated rebound. You fit that cabe somewhere on the lower tail section and zip tie it on. Then fiddle away at each traffic light you come to. 600 dials are deep in the top eyelet. You can get in there and adjust it, but takes more time and dexterity. Easy none the less.

These have been tested for both leaks etc as well as for the dial to work and change the rebound ... essentially opening and pressing in and pulling out type and then refitted.

Cool.

Its there, I am making a new testing tool, the old one is being powdercoated (I need a test tool anyway ... the opening tool isn't universally useful).
