According to http://home.ama-cycle.org/amaccess/laws/result.asp?state=FL
they accept other States' endorsements.

they may, or they may not. when you get to the  DMV, they'll tell you they do not reciprocate with MS or AL. so far, the same here in AL, so i'm batting a billion or something so far. :(

This is what they say about out of stater's

Out-of-state Newcomers
If your out-of-state license is current and already has a motorcycle endorsement, you won't be required to take additional tests to get the endorsement on your new Florida license. That is, as long as if you are younger than 21, you have completed a Florida-approved safety course. If you are older than 21 but haven't completed an approved safety course, you will need to take and pass the motorcycle knowledge and skills test.

Also, everyone believes that this is a No Helmet required state there is a little blurb that one might find interesting:
If you're at least 21 years old and have a minimum medical insurance policy of $10,000, you can bypass wearing a helmet while riding a motorcycle. Otherwise, you'll have to wear a helmet.

All riders must have some sort of eye protection, such as goggles or glasses, or have a windshield on the bike.

Be careful with local employer coverage because more and more are not covering vehicular accidents because people aren't purchasing insurance. Read your coverages closely!

TN dropped my MC endorsement when I moved from MO.  I didn't even realize it at the time.  I think it was an oversight, but I didn't have a bike at the time and it was almost a year before I realized.  They said I had to take the driving test or one of the approved courses again once I figured it out and called them about it. :flipoff:
