I would have left you alone if you hadn't tried to say that nicotine isn't carcinogenic.

Drunks will buy into whatever you tell them.  But, here you're trying to sell a cheap, dangerous product at high prices using unrefined viral marketing in an area that I frequent.  I have no authority here, but I can bug the crap out of you.

I looked into these a few months ago.
I don't know how the devices have passed FDA scrutiny.  People tend to imbibe more often on these, especially if they scrimp on cheap cartridges without much flavoring.  I've heard the apple is pretty tasty, though.
You're correct on the signs and symptoms, Mary.  Neurons have nicotine receptors which, when used, affect serotonin reuptake.  It interrupts the autonomic nervous system to the point that your heart loses rhythm (an infarction) and the other effects that you mentioned, in very small amounts.  The nicotine uptake difference between a smoker's rush and neurotoxicity is very small, and the onset is very quick.

Normal cigarettes hurt the throat when being smoked too quickly, helping to limit uptake.  However, the electronic devises don't have that effect.  So, I hope a member of your staff knows CPR, Scott.  Without CPR within two to eight minutes of an infarction, your heart loses shockable rhythm (meaning, even if shocked by an AED, you're facing flatline).

Other reasons I wouldn't buy one of these from you:
1)  You've said that nicotine isn't carcinogenic, just to make a buck.  Unethical and incorrect.

2)  Nicotine will be present in exhalation, but you encourage blowing vapors into a baby's face.  Toddlers and infants absorb toxins in much, much higher rates than adults, and they lack fully mature liver and kidney function.  Double whammy.  Potent nicotine concentration from a "frequent puffer" without the smoke particulates to inhibit uptake.  And, dead babies just aren't funny, Scott.

3)  You're selling the one of the cheapest models currently distributed.  I've watched them in action, and the model you're selling rarely lasts a night.  The particular one you're selling can be had for significantly cheaper from other suppliers.  A buddy of mine went through many of the models like candy until he settled on two of the top models that were over $100 each, and even they fail frequently.

Most dangerously:
There is a tendency to enlarge the holes in the cartridges, in order to maximize nicotine inhalation.  Using bare fingers.

I'm sure you're a nice guy, and I'm sure I came across as an @$$hole.   :icon_rolleyes:  The approach seems manipulative and rather seedy, though.

Myself and about 80+ other beg to dissagree w/ you. I have tried over 5 diff. models and this one is THE BEST! I have only had 3 malfunction out of over 80 sold... Show me where you can buy my exact model (non wholesale for more than $5 less!
