Very friendly, honest and easy going. Actually were interested in helping me buy my new bike (GSXR1000 which I bought new for cash) unlike some other dealerships that just weren't interested in getting my business. I really don't understand some bike dealers mentality. They treated me like oh my goodness so they didn't get my cash even though I was willing to pay more to them becasue they could give me the bike the following day. I ended up going back to Hills who actually offered customer service and a fair price ($16,800 ride away).
