Damn! That looks pretty sexy! Great job... the best part is that you did it to look like it came that way and not like someone just put a bunch of crap on a previously nice bike!

Awesome!  :icon_mrgreen:

all good, great, very nice!! except for those decals  :dunno_white: sorry man but I am being honest. They totally do not fit. why don't you get the stickers from newer GS500 model? they look good too! or get something customized if you don't like stockers  :thumb:

cheers,
and please no hard feeling cause I really like what you have done in overall!!

No problem....I actually think they sink in the whole appearance fine...others may see it differently...but I really like how it turned out
Thanks!

Agree with the GSXR Stickers.....

I painted my GSXES550 some years ago and had a mate that was good with an air brush.  He did all the suzuki emblems (tank etc) and made custom suzuki lettering that looked awesome.

Air brushing is the way to go, looks much better than stickers and is unique to the bike.

Bike looks great  :thumb:

Yea all thats too much work lol, I love working on it but not that hardcore for the decals etc..
Thanks!

looking good their!!! im surprise that you didnt cut the luggage rail off. That will make the rear end look even cleaner :)

vorBH

I was considering it after reading about that mod here on the forums. BUT, I actually use the luggage rails!! lol It's my everyday car and I usually carry stuff in the day, not at night leisure riding though.
But would definitely look cleaner. If I took them off, where else can you hook something on there to instead of the luggage rails? Wouldn't want to strain the plastics...

Looks good- Nice Exhaust and Windscreen  ;)

Been out riding much?

Lou

Ps picking up the GSX650f this weekend- can't wait

vorBH

Haha, a kind man named Lou sold me the exhaust and windscreen, thanks Lou I really love the exhaust noise (I removed the silencer) and the effects of the windscreen

Oh thats awesome! Congrats on the 650! You know thats good timing, because the weather is going to pickup here in Toronto after this weekend.

I've been riding since the beginning of March in appropriate times, done about 750km of riding, nothing minor and yet not major.....the 500 is a great bike.....I can't even literally start to imagine what an R1 is like....which is definitly something I want in couple years time, or R6
Can't wait till the good weather tho....hope to see you and the 650 at the GS500 meet!!

Great work!  I love everything you've done except the gixxer stickers.  WHAT A LIE!  :nono:

And I hope for your sake you don't raise the back.  All it'll do is ruin the great handling you now have.

What GS meet?  Is there one locally this summer?  If so, I'm there!

I'm also in Toronto we need to meet up one day for a coffee. I would really like to hear what the exhaust sounds like. The rear end and exhaust looks spectacular.

You HAVE to kill the GSXR sticker it just does not work. I would also reconsider the flush mounts also.

vorBH

Hey
Yea for sure, just a little busy in school now.
Thanks for the input...I really like the GSXR stickers and the flushmounts though, so I think they'll be staying...

nascarkeith

Looks a lot like the way I got mine set up.

Nice bike.  I too am not a fan of the Gixxer stickers but I really can't say anything.  I have stickers plastered all over mine. :D

dude i gotta say this man. I love ur bike. how many mileage do u have on it? what is the market value of this bike?

dread_au

Looks good. Maybe you should look at a rear hugger to fix your non exsistant rear mudguard problem

it has about 12000km on it, runs like a beauty....especially rhe decals, they added about 6hp

I would say it is worth approximately $4000-$4300. An 07, thats what they are running for approx. on KIJIJI.

QuoteLooks good. Maybe you should look at a rear hugger to fix your non exsistant rear mudguard problem

Yea sure that would be a good idea, where can I get one?

Toogoofy317

how is the carbon decals holding up? I did mine on the gauge plate and heel guards and after about four months started peeling off.  :icon_sad:

haven't forgot about the camera. Got surgery coming up very soon and my defibrillator battery is starting to die so been very busy.
