whats the difference between the 150/70zr-17 and a 150/60zr-17?  I know car tires but on bikes it that height like on car tires?  is the 60 a bit shorter then the 70?

Same deal as cars -- the profile number tells what percentage of the tread width is the height.

For example: 150/70 has a sidewall height of 105mm
