Identifying throttle cables

Can anybody tell me which cable on the throttle handle opens the carburetors and which is the one that is the return cable .The cable toward the front of the bike on the throttle handle has a retaining clip held on by a screw the rear one has a adjustment nut what is marked 01 Dao the other is marked 01 d80 my bike is a 2007 GS500F

The second one is marked 01 dbo both cables have dh22 after that I've tried tracing them down to the carb but they get lost and they're covered up I'm trying to fix this hanging idle on I think it might be a cable problem because I've tried everything else
