How can i put an image into my signature and what is the profile picture size? I tried to load a pic in and it distorted the image

You likely need to re-size it first. If you have a photobucket account, they have pretty easy re-sizing options.

Make it square (i.e. 100 x 100 pixels) and it won't distort.

How can i put an image into my signature

After you have an image of proper size, click Profile at the top of your screen, then click Profile Information on the left of your screen. Right there at the top where it says "I have my own pic" Click that and paste in the image code.

to add a signature image, just link your image like you normally do in the signature section..

with the [ img ] [/ img ]

does the image need to be in .gif format?

I'm trying to get this pic as my avatar and all I get is a distorted POS!




Can someone fix it for me?  I only use image shack and there is no option 100x100 only 100x75!
