Hey guys I know that there are lots of different posts on here about how to install LED indicators and in a few different ways, but first things first.

I was informed by a friend that a solid state relay would sort my problems with the indicators to which i quickly found out was wrong after ordering one from acumen.

I then emailed their enquiry forum to ask what the problem was with the relay, and to my surprise the guy that wrote back to me has been the most helpful guy ever to me,

he did colour wiring diagrams and everything for me to show where and how to fit diodes and how to reroute the indicator display on the dash.

I quickly found out after trying to phone the company to tell them that the guy that had been helping me was fantastic, no matter when i sent an email he replied be it 4 in the morning

or 4 at night. ( yes he actually replied at 4am) to which i was informed the guy that was helping me was the boss. rare these days for a boss to get their hands dirty never mind break

their back to help you.

So i firstly wanted to say if you are considering buying anything for your bike consider acumen first as they arent that expensive but their customer service is second to none.

but secondly i am posting this to say i have full wiring diagrams for the led indicator fitting now and i will post them asap.

Wow, that's great customer service especially from the boss. If you're talking about problems with using LED turn signals with the dash indicators. I found this from the people I ordered my LED tail/brake light from.

Here's a link selling the little kit to make your single indicator bulb work with LED turn signals.

From the link "This kit is required when installing LED lights as turn signals on a motorcycle with a single turn signal indicator light. The indicator light is a little light on the "dashboard" which starts blinking when your turn signals blink. Some motorcycles may have two of those, one for each side. Some only have one, which blinks for either side. If this diode kit is not installed on those single-indicator motorcycles, power will back feed across the indicator light and all turn signals, left and right, will flash at once, confusing other motorists."

Also, if you do all four lights LED you will also probably need a load balancer. This is what I used

I have the pics where I did the whole thing. I've just been too lazy to write it up. I'll get there soon!
