Front brakes, how to add second disc and caliper? (as described in wiki)

I don't weigh much, only about 135 but going fast down a mountain twisty I've felt the brakes fade, you also smell them. When you're riding aggressively down a steep mountain you'll run into fade after a while, but you've gotta ride pretty darn hard to do it, talking about full tilt acceleration out of corners late braking and peg scraping (ok I don't scrape pegs but my shoe will rub on the ground).
