Did your tar guy say anything about why there is an availability problem?

I've experienced the same thing.  Except I was told they couldn't even get them!

What's the scoop?
Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?

guess i'm stuck on keeping things in pairs. cheap pairs. bt-45's are pretty cheap, and for my riding, i don't need more. :)

no idea. i asked the last time i had to wait a month or so, and they said it was some availability issue. i can only guess that lower demand tars like bt-45's don't need as many replacements.

supersport bikes run through em faster, and the $$$ for markup are higher. guess that's why 240 series (or whatever a zx-10 eats) are so easily found.

the tar counter folks always ask "This is a front tire  ?" when i try to order my rear. Like, dude. GS500. Rear tar. Whar you been ? ;)
