Hey guys

I think I've been having too much fun modding my bike while  I cant ride it, (just about to be warm enough for me this weekend)
I upgraded my turn signals to buell lookalikes I got off of ebay, they look fine but have somewhat dim bulbs, less  than stock, and I'm not too happy with them.

I was wondering if i can just swap in some LED 1157 bulbs  and itll  work (of course with an electronic relay) ?

Looking at these specifically http://www.superbrightleds.com/specs/115x-xLX3.htm -would this work since the signals have reflective housings,

           or

Do I need to buy the right angle bulbs

http://www.superbrightleds.com/flashers.htm -under motorcycle flashers would it be the pin or flat?

And also has anyone found nonpolarised #74 LEDs  for the idiot lights yet? It doesnt seem like anyone makes them.

thanks in advance as always

It could, i haven't tried it myself. Watch out for overloading the LED. Most led indicators have multiple LED inside.

It depends on your indicators - If the housing/clip for the bulb is mounted on the side you will need right angle.

do you need it? i though the flasher already on the bike is sufficient. It just needs you to raise the resistance.

Hopefully that helped :)

They are flat with 2 prongs at right angles.  I think it's either the 1st or 3rd one.
