My bike pulls 9,500 rpm in 6th going into corner 1.  105-110 mph.

When I finish putting my new motor together (dual plug heads, ported and shaved, 570cc kit, CR carbs, high lift cams) it will be in the 120 range.  Later this year.

Would love to see some pics and whatever else you might find the time for in regards to info on your motor  :icon_mrgreen:

Black Hawk Farms is really good also for a GS, Putnam is really fun, but Grattan is my favorite.

Holy crap Grattan is crazy fun.  I just got back from a weekend there.  You were right, going up the hill after 9 wide open and completely blind to where the corner is has to be the funnest part of the track.  Trying to put a knee puck into the dirt on 7 is pretty fun too.  Thank you bt090!

I really like how the GS500 tells you when to shift.  Some bikes have shift lights... we get a noise that sounds like a tambourine in an electric pencil sharpener that tells us we should have shifted 1000 rpm earlier.   :D
My 90 GS500E has spread itself across the nation.
