Help me Build: A Spare tire Valve Stem Extender

My spare tire is under my trunk and a PITA to get to. I'd like to build a hose that connects to the valve stem so it's easier the inflate/check the pressure. See below product.

I've browsed, autozone, harbor freight, and various other stores. I can't seem to find the parts.

I need advice & suggestions.

couldnt you use a air shock setup ?
