1996 gs 500 for sale needs new engine $600

I've got the above mentioned bike w/ clear title for sale.  Last year i think i broke and dropped at least one valve in the motor.  I haven't broken it open but i'd count on just picking up a new motor.  there's a nice one on ebay right now.  also i've found some at salvage yards for around $550 but decided i don't want to mess with it.  Bike has 19188 miles on it.  i put about 9000 on it myself.  it was a great bike until motor broke- did a 4000 mile trip from nashville to maine and back two falls ago.  thought i had pics at home but must be on the computer at work.  will try to add them.  Physically in good solid shape- not wrecked.  tank has been kreamed.  paint is ok but not great.  new chain but needs at least a new rear tire.

-Left side headlight bracket
-Clutch lever/ adjustment locknut/ threaded tube that goes into the perch
-Round rubber bushings for gas tank bracket
-Bar end screws for stock bar
-Front fender, looking for black but can paint it if necessary

I thought this was reasonable- no takers so far. Am i really off in asking price  Would I be better parting out? 

Nachoville is 450 miles from me. I have atleast 3 GR motors buzzing around like a bumble bee wanting to jump into a GS frame ... though its not a slam dunk dropping em in the frame. OK OK only 2 ... fine, happy now.
So, $600 isn't gonna make me come there and get it ... so name your $$ ... but remember, 450 miles ... 450 ... 4 .... 5 .... 0 ...
But then you would be famous ... GR ... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ...
