Thanks for the link. You see a video like that or any other vid teaching you how to ride safely and it has like 10,000 views, then you search "how to wheelie" and you get a vid that has over 1,100,000 views... and we wonder why there are some many accidents.

They seem to use a whole lot more hand signals than I've ever learned. I like how they call them "deviation signals." Seems like a bad idea to take your hand off the right bar though. Why would you risk increasing your time to get on the brake or gas to give a signal that's already redundant with your turn signals and brake lights? I know some British bikes have the totally crazy mirror image controls, but I thought the throttle was still on the right...

It's great advice to check your rear before braking and turning.  I've avoided getting run over many times by doing exactly that.  Sure, I missed a turn and had to go out of my way, but I'm still in one piece.  However, this copper is riding in general too slow, which invites getting run over or sideswiped, particulary in intersections.  I thought that should get a mention.  Notice how that cager passed him like he was sitting still.  He almost was!  I say his riding would be safer if he went 10 mph faster.  Too slow is dangerous too.  Where's the funeral?  It may be yours!
