HELP NEEDED ENGINE HUNTING AND RUNS ROUGH

Hi
I have 1990 GS500e which i bought recently and my first 4 stroke bike..The engine runs rough and is hunting and squeaking noise from engine around corners but the sound goes away after engine warms up.I thought the problem was with carb,so disassembled and cleaned the carb.The tank and carb was pretty clean and there was any sign of rusting in the fuel tank.
what do you think is the problem is it with the valve clearance,air filter
and what is ID of the fuel hoses
