i sent my resume yesterday and idd a fallow up call today and they asked a few quiestions and then said come in thursday.  i hope i get it so i can tell my boss to stick his job in hes a$$.  hes a d!ck

well it was by accident at first really.....lol  i knew how to weld and i got the chance to learn more about cars there.

Man that blows!  With my experience working in staffing, sometimes the managers in HR don't want to be bothered with interviews so as soon as they talk with someone that at least meets the requirements they hire them to save themselves the trouble of anymore interviews.  Its completely bogus, and 65% of the time that job will be open again in 6 months.  Mark my words!

But keep your head up, at least your not in the boat I am in.  I'm a recent college graduate and I'm in the dilema where no one wants to hire someone without relevent experience, yet how am I to get relevant experience without someone giving me the chance to prove myself and hiring me without relevent experience? lol

It all just sucks man.  Keep on chugging.

SOME companies in SOME fields will count your college as relavant experience in the field. mind you i said SOME. and right now, they can afford to be really picky. they've got thousands of unemployed people to choose from.
