LF Welder in Central Jersey Area

I dropped my bike while it was parked and my one mirror snapped right by the hole that it attaches to my fairings and am looking to see if anyone near me is able to weld it back together for me.  I was thinking it would make it stronger if two washers were welded on to it since they would cover both parts of my mirror.  They are aftermarket mirrors and i would rather not have to buy a new set of mirrors since they are only sold in pairs.  If anyone is near the area that would be able to weld that for me let me know.
