So Juan sent me the Valve Kit and I broke em down.  Ugly can only describe what was measured, so I wil break it down for you.

Initial Measurements:
Rt Intake Valve shim 265... clearance less than .04
Lt Intake Valve shim  265...clearance less than .04

Kit had a 250 and a 255 so I put them in and I now have:
RT Intake Shim 250...clearance .10
LT Intake Shim 255..clearance  .06

Initial Measurement on Exhaust: ( and final since the kit didn't have any smaller shims in it)
RT Shim 255...clearance  less than .04
LT SHim 265...clearance less than .04

So without blowing a bajillion dollars on shims @$9/ea  what size do you think I should buy?  I was planning on  buying 3-6 shims and throwing the rest in the kit.....but the question remains what sizes you guys think?

Well, from what you've already said, you should swap your right intake shim with your right exhaust shim... Your right intake is too loose, but the shim from the right exhaust should do it for you and if you're super lucky, the smaller shim will make your right exhaust good, or at least close enough for you to measure. Also, just put one of the shims you've already got in the bike in the left exhaust to measure its clearance. It is a pain to move them around so much, but you should have enough shims from what's in the bike to figure out all the sizes you need.

Also, isn't there a link on here to get them for 5 bucks?

Thanks for the help....I think when I wrote that post I was too tired to actually think about what I was doing.  Need more brain food.
