Ok guys.  I bought carbs from somebody a couple months ago.  Cleaned out my PM box.  Now I can't remember what year the carbs are.  If you sold me carbs in the last few months, can you PM me and let me know what year they are?  Thanks!

Yeah, the carbs are interchangeable with the possible need for a new throttle cable. Just toss them on the bike, and if your throttle cable doesn't connect to them, get the other one. Simple. You could also just post a picture of them. Buddha and many others out there could tell you which of the two styles of carbs you have in mere seconds.

Yeow, what problems you have ... first you want to rebuild your forks, but show no interest in buying metal. You just maybe want to put new seals in it ... sheesh.
And Now this ...

Top in black = 89-02.
Top in silver = 04+.
Top in black but smooth top, instead of a round part in the middle that is pressed in = 01-02.
Easy.

Cool.
