Psyber - I got the bearing out - the double seated one, and I have the tools made for seating them. I will have it all shipped by tommorow, I didn't want to put it in the PO "drop" box.
So I have to ship stuff weekends only cos I need to go to PO.
3 bolt flanges - sorry man, aint making a 1 off.
I made em, and I made ~35 of them cos dennis krrook had a $50 wileyco sale, and I bought some, liked em and thought the quality was good so I said I'll do this to get em working on a GS. I need numbers to make any thing worth while. I dont have any machinery really ... I jig and make these ... I get end caps cut at a laser shop, he wants 25 or so for anything, then I make mid ppipe @ a exhaust bender - they really drop their prices when they have the same thing over and over and I can wait for their slow time for them to finish. Then I jigged it @ my welder's place and let him weld when he could. Sorry that is just the economics of this operation.
There is no thinking on any one's part. The first one makes exact pieces, the bender - the exact same thing, the welder, same thing ... Nothing was off even by a mm or 2. The weird sheite was where I put the choker plate in ... Anyway 1 off's take a lot more time and a lot more $$$ per item. You can make one yourself cheaper.

Maybe I'll try the R6 slip-on hack. I need more power now that my girl has a fresh GS500 and she weighs like 50 lbs less...
