I have had a few messages and i thank those of you who have sent the messages.  Im having a real hard time with this so i thought i would ask what everyone else thinks.  My intentions when i sold the parts to buddha were not to screw him in any way. It was an honest mistake on my part and after seeing the pick of the bad forks i really dont know that most anyone else would have seen what he picked out either.  I do feel bad about the whole thing and i have a hard time coming here now.  Not becasue i want to hide from the problem because we worked it out, but becasue i am ashamed of myself.  So as the title says should i stay or should i go???  Please if your going to bash dont reply.  If you have an honest feeling on this and your feeling isnt just because you threatened by me then please feel free to chime in.  If this turns into a bashing or into a fight thread i will have it locked and tard farmed so please keep it clean.  thanks everyone joshr08

I don't think one bad situation should run you off of here, but that depends on the maturity of some other members on the board which I hate to say has been shown to be lacking.  The problem was between you and Budda and should be left at that.  You 2 worked it out, the end.  Its not like your intent was to sell shitty parts at a huge profit and cut out before your held responsible.

Some people have higher and lower tolerances for what they will accept when buying parts used.  You provided pictures, and after the problems occured you 2 worked it out.  Deal is done, now move on.

I say get lost.
No I'm just playin. I have enjoyed talking with you and think you have alot to offer this board.
Don't let a few folks that are just here looking for a fight run you off. (and you know who I mean)

Like I've said in another thread, I think it's just the cost of doing business, things are going to happen. The one thing I'm sure of is that you and Buddha will probably learn from this and be more careful in the future.

I am not a big fan of airing dirty laundry in public. It's not the way I roll well when I'm rolling and not flat on my back which is more than not as of Late LOL!

It is not my job to judge anybody and I don't think anyone on here could call me on that. I really try to live my life by Psalm 148:8 The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy. If God can do it for me than I better darn well do it for others.

Soooo, I guess that means stay. We've talked quite a bit and you've been very jovial to me and kind.

My .02 cents

I'll tone it down.
Got more chemistry classes this summer, anyway, hopefully you'll be seeing less of me.

Stay, Josh.
You tried your hand at the used-parts business, and it didn't work out so great.  It's been known to happen a few times.
Besides, this whole debacle will just be blamed on me, for being an @$$hole.  Comes in handy for taking the heat off of young guys being torn to shreds for stupid little mistakes that we all make (yet the old folks never let us live down).

Hmmm. Me thinks it takes a bigger man or woman to stay after a slight bump in the road.

Stepping up and dealing with a problem vs disappearing says a lot about a person.

Stick around dudeski.

You screwed up, oh well. As long as you and Buddha are satisfied, I'm satisfied.

I would dislike you if you had:
1. Swindled someone and left, or
2. Swindled someone and stuck around, maintaining your innocence.

Owning up to your mistakes is the best thing to do.

Yay!  Friends!  We can have a bro-mance.  Get matching sparkle helmets and a secret handshake!  Maybe decoder rings (unless there's just one, in which case we'll swap it on odd/even days)...

now..if I go there will be trouble...

Not to add fuel to the fire...everytime I go in the Odds n Ends section that song gets stuck in my head...There's something I learned from being on here for years: No one really cares if you leave. Not trying to be a jerk, but you'll meet some great people and make some friends, but the majority of people on here could care less. People come and go. The only thing that really matters is how much you want to be involved and how much drama you want to be involved in. It's your decision, not anyone elses. This is coming from someone who left for several years and is getting married to someone they met on here...so  :dunno_white: up to you bud.

I didn't even see this post till now - I avoid OE, TF as much as I can but I came to see TGG's reply to my speaker quest ... and ...

My vote ...

STAY

If everyone I argued with up and left, this forum will ahve 1 member.
If everyone I argue with leaves, there will be 1 guy (me) standing in the corner talking to himself knowing I am alone ... instead of thinking I got lots of friends.

Its good with me.
